xmlContactsBackup allows to backup and restore your contacts. The major functionality consist in to creation of text file (in XML format) with all information about contact. The file created can be modified by hand and than restored in the contact list. If the contact have an image associated with it, during the export phase, will be created a JPEG image with the picture of contact. After export, you can change di image and than, during the restore phase, the contact will be updated with the new image. For the backup (or the restore) phase will be possibile to choice the folder where the operation will write (or read) the files. (The folder can be either on devece or on the memory card).

This application created for 2 reasons:


I could not find a decent contacts export application for WM6. Those I did find required online sign-up with a sync site or involved multiple steps to do the export.
Once I exported contacts (in csv format) for the purpose of importing it to Thunderbird, I found that matching the columns in Thunderbird to be a nightmare process which discouraged me completely.
I was just looking to copy all my WM6 contacts to Thunderbird. Yes, I know that syncing would be a better solution, but I found that once you have the bulk of your contacts in Thunderbird it is easy to maintain current and add new contacts.

یک برنامه برای فیکس کردن رجیستری در گوشی های اچ تی سی . این برنامه قسمتهای زیادی از رجیستری و تنظیمات اون رو در اختیارتون قرار میده. برای نصب ابتدا فایل زیپ رو کپی کنید توی گوشی سپس فایل EXE رو اجرا کنید.(من خودم چون اچ تی سی ندارم تست نکردم).نکته مهم : بعد از هر فیکس کردن یک سافت ریست باید انجام بدید.

KaiserTweak is a little tool that tweaks some of your HTC Kaiser (P4450, TyTN II, Vario III) registry settings.
Note that some tweaks may work on devices other than the Kaiser, but the default values are get from the Kaiser factory settings, so take care with other devices.

You can download a ZIP above, containing the KaiserTweak EXE and an XML file containing the actual tweaks. Unzip it somewhere, and copy both the files to the same folder on your phone. Then run the EXE.

Nov 1 Update:
The XML file has been updated with a few small tweaks, which do not warrant a complete new release (v0.5). The new tweaks are in the zip above, but you might want to download just the updated XML file if you are already running v0.4.

Note:
Most of the tweaks require a soft-reset to become current. Please setting your values (changes are applied to the registry on value selection) and then always doing a soft-reset.
