    بهتر نیست برای فهمیدن کارایی یک دوربین به تست های معتبر و نظر کارشناسان خبره مراجعه کنیم؟!
    اینطوری اشتباهات فردی رو به پای دوربین نمی نویسیم...
    خلاصه تعدادی ریویو از دوربین های A630 و A640:
    ImagingResource reviews the Canon PowerShot 640 and write;
    “Overall. You get a lot of camera for just over $100 with the Canon PowerShot A460. It’s a great camera for the kids, and not a bad choice as a snapshooter for just about anyone on your list. It operates on two AA batteries, so a set of four NiMH cells and a charger will provide you with enough juice for a full weekend of shooting without recharging. The A460 is also compatible with SDHC cards, so you can shoot a ridiculous amount of photos on a single 4GB card and still have room after a long trip. It’s easy to tote, fun to shoot, and takes good pictures. The Canon PowerShot A460 is an easy camera to like.”

    PhotographyReview reviews the Canon PowerShot 640 (rating: 9/10) and write;
    “‘I’m tempted to say that the A640 would be good for anyone. That’s because it has something for everyone. It’s perfect for the family that wants one digital camera to do it all, or for a serious beginning photographer who needs a camera with manual controls to learn and grow with. It would also make a great camera for a small business that needs a versatile camera or someone doing a lot of photography for online auctions or Web sites. On the other hand, if you’re someone who likes to own the best or enjoys the feel of precision, high-end products, you may be disappointed by the A640.”

    Megapixel reviews the Canon PowerShot 640 and write;
    “With a 10-megapixel CCD, the A640 offers a high resolution image that is able to capture a superb level of detail and which guarantees great prints. And this, combined with a broad set of modes that allow a photographer to grow, make it one of the best compacts on the market today…The PowerShot A640 offers well laid out controls and is comfortable to use. It has a large grip that provides a good hold on the camera. It also offers a large monitor, albeit one with average resolution, which makes the menus and other indicators very legible, even in bright outdoor light. Moreover, the fact that the monitor can be rotated and positioned so as to be always visible makes it possible to capture shots of all types of subjects.”

    Let’sGoDigital have reviewed the Canon PowerShot 640 and write;
    “I think that Canon’s success with its digital camera range is set to continue thanks to the excellent quality of the Canon PowerShot A640. I really liked this camera when I tried it out. The handy format with good grip, and more importantly, the settings options gave me lots of freedom to take a successful picture…The 10 Megapixels are more like a logical next step in the Megapixel race. It’s up to you whether you want to join it or not. The result is in any case, enough to be able to wallpaper a room with posters or post process a picture yourself to create your own digital masterpiece. (79%)”

    ImagingReosurce
    have reviewed the Canon PowerShot 630 and write;
    “It’s easy to see why Canon PowerShots continue to be popular. Their design is user friendly and well-built, the pictures are great, and they’re easy to shoot. The Canon PowerShot A630 continues in that tradition of dependability, sporting an 8.0-megapixel CCD, a very good quality 4x optical zoom lens, and a big 2.5 inch swiveling LCD screen. It offers everything from full automatic to full manual exposure control, with a healthy set of Scene modes thrown in to make it easy to bring back great-looking photos from what might otherwise be challenging situations. It has a great movie mode, and its superb lens delivers great sharpness across the frame. Thanks to its high-speed DIGIC-II processing chip, it’s also very responsive, and its movie capability is impressive as well. Bottom line, like its brother the A640, the Canon A630 is a classic; just an excellent all-around digital camera, and an easy choice as a Dave’s Pick..”

    ePhotozine have reviewed the Canon PowerShot 640 where they rate the camera 8/10 and write;
    “For a budget range camera to have a selection of full-feature camera modes, a flip-out LCD and a 10Mp resolution is something of a surprise. The A640 is a willing, lightweight and convenient little camera that can taken anywhere and used without drawing much attention to the photographer. The 10Mp is overkill and the result of packing those pixels in is that images are noisy, but fortunately, not to a significant degree at ISO 100. What the A640 does do well is portraits, with nicely filled-out flash and is good in general use. It’s also brilliant for macro work with a focus capability of just 1cm. The fact that you can also do 640X480, 30fps video and implement various colour profiles gives the camera real versatility. As with others in this and the G-series there are options to add wide angle and telephoto convertors as the metal ring on the front of the camera unscrews. For a budget range camera that has a street price of around £250, it’s like finding that your Toyota Yaris has a V6, 2.5litre engine under the hood.”

    DPInterface have reviewed the Canon PowerShot 640 where they rate the camera 7.8/10 and write;
    “The Canon PowerShot A640 is the same nice camera you get with the A630. It has 10 megapixels, a rotating 2.5 inch LCD and full manual controls. The A640 has great battery life, a nice grip with easy one hand operation, very good performance, even a custom option on the mode dial and now, remote shooting via your PC. Then the A640 also shares the same quibbles as the very similar A630: low LCD resolution, no live histogram and a plastic tripod mount. The movie mode is excellent save for the per clip limit and inability to focus and optical zoom. Image quality, especially in terms of noise, was better than the A630. Yes, I’d definitely recommend the A640. The performance drop caused by the higher resolution is not significant, in fact barely noticeable and in my opinion, the slightly better image quality and higher resolution justifies the extra $40. Of course that’s subjective, you could go with the cheaper A630 if you don’t need that extra resolution or remote shooting.”

    DPInterface have reviewed the Canon PowerShot 630 where they rate the camera 7.7/10 and write;
    “The Canon PowerShot A630 is a mid-sized camera which features 8 megapixels, a rotating 2.5 inch LCD and full manual controls. The A630 has great battery life, a nice grip with easy one hand operation, very good performance and even a custom option on the mode dial.I’ve got a few quirks about the A630 as well, though they are minor ones: the LCD has rather low resolution, there’s no live histogram and unlike the entire camera which feels solid, the tripod mount is plastic. The movie mode is excellent save for the per clip limit and inability to focus and optical zoom. Despite those minor cons, the Canon PowerShot A630’s feature set and price make it an excellent value for money with above average image quality and controls for everyone; from beginner to an expert. This one definitely deserves a thumbs up from me.”

    ComputerActive have reviewed the Canon PowerShot 640 where they rate the camera 4/5 and write;
    “In a word, the quality is excellent. As we expected, there’s some noise apparent above ISO 400 but in general images are extremely clean and crisp - definitely photographs as opposed to snaps.Our one criticism of the A640 would be the lack of resolution on the LCD panel. With only 115,000 pixels, around half what we’ve seen on displays of a similar size, it’s difficult to see just how sharp your pictures are without zooming (this is done for you automatically when manual focus is selected)…Overall, we were very impressed with the Powershot A640. It has a rich feature set that is useful rather than gimmicky, can accept add-on conversion lenses and accessories and is useable by both novices and enthusiasts alike. Best of all, the image quality is superb.”

    DigitalCameraReview have reviewed the Canon PowerShot 640 where they rate the camera 4/5 and conclude;
    “The A640 is pocketable; however, it is not an ultra-compact model, so choose your pocket with some forethought. This is mostly due to the 4 AA batteries that power it. I found the camera easy to hold and to use and was immediately comfortable with the feel and control layout. The battery chamber creates a natural handgrip and virtually eliminated the concern of accidentally pressing buttons common on smaller cameras. The controls are logically laid out. Across the top there are the shooting modes wheel - common to many Canon cameras, shutter release, zoom controls, and power button.”

    CameraLabs have recently compared the PowerShot A630 & PowerShot A640 where they write;
    “This result was expected, but the comparative noise levels came as a surprise. Both cameras deliver clean smooth results at 80 ISO as you’d expect, but at 100 and 200 ISO one camera exhibits more noticeable noise speckles in areas of flat colour…The bottom line though is the A640 doesn’t only deliver slightly higher resolution images, but also appears to do so with lower noise than the A630. Again it’s a pretty subtle difference, but from the results above, you certainly shouldn’t be concerned of compromised noise levels if you opt for the 10 Megapixel PowerShot A640 over the 8 Megapixel A630.”

    PhotographyBlog have recently reviewed the Canon PowerShot 640 where they rate the camera 4/5 and conclude;
    “Still, despite the plastic construction the A640 isn’t bad to look at – the all-black finish and metal details lend it a more ’serious’ demeanour, the four AA batteries a much-needed solidity, while its controls are swift to respond and functions quick to implement. The vari-angle LCD screen, manual settings and ability to add conversion lenses – and even a waterproof housing – are a real boon for those who want to get more creative with their compositions. Pictures too, as expected from Canon, are pretty consistent, with just enough processing applied in-camera to ensure that images are immediately usable without having to delve into Photoshop (though some benefit from the application of Levels, chiefly to brighten interior shots). The Canon PowerShot A640 is, then, a reliable all-rounder that, with that 10 megapixel resolution, sets itself up as a possible back up compact for DSLR users (if they can make do with JPEG-only capture). Shame also about the lack of a built-in image stabilization of any sort; something that would have made the A640 even more compelling for the more demanding user.”

    ImagingResource have recently reviewed the Canon PowerShot 630 where they write;
ImagingResource
    have recently reviewed the Canon PowerShot 640 where they conclude;
    “Canon PowerShots have always been big favorites of our readers, valued for their user-friendly design, excellent photo characteristics, and good build quality. The Canon PowerShot A640 follows suit, sporting an impressive 10 megapixel CCD and a very good quality 4x optical zoom lens. The Canon A640 offers everything from full automatic to full manual exposure control, with a healthy set of Scene modes thrown in to make it easy to bring back great-looking photos from what might otherwise be challenging situations. The Canon A640’s articulating LCD is now bigger and still just as useful as past iterations, and its reliance on AA batteries is a critical factor for many who want to have a ready supply of compatible batteries no matter where they travel. Thanks to the Canon A640’s high-speed DIGIC-II processing chip, it is also very responsive, and its movie capability is impressive as well. Its the Canon A640’s image quality that makes the sale, however, with its lens delivering superb sharpness across the frame. The A640 is arguably the first 10 megapixel digicam to meet the potential that the impressive size implies; and high ISO shots are also very good across the range of options. Bottom line, the Canon A640 is destined to become a classic. The Canon A640 is just an excellent all-around digital camera, an easy choice as a Dave’s Pick, and we’ll go further and give it our heartiest recommendation as a great all-around performer for almost anyone. “

    CamerasUK have recently reviewed the Canon PowerShot 640 where they rate the camera 83/100 and write;
    “The outdoor portrait shot has a very natural feel to it. The camera is able to handle any light falling on the face without over exposing the area and losing detail. I really like the skin tones and feel this is how a standard portrait should look. Moving indoors the portrait shot is another to work well. Although the light is less than perfect the camera still manages to produce a well focused shot. Red eye in the shot is minimal and I would be surprised if it was noticeable in prints of 7 x 5″ and smaller…My first digital camera came from the Powershot A series and I would be more than happy to own the Canon Powershot A640. The cameras in this range offer a lot of features and great photo quality for the price. The A640 upholds the reputation and is a fine camera. Recommended. “

    CameraLabs have recently reviewed the Canon PowerShot 640 where they rate the camera 86% and write;
    “What really separates the A640 from most compacts though is its degree of manual and creative control. It gives you full access to the aperture and shutter, along with quick and easy adjustments of all settings including a broad range of flash options. While physically larger and heavier than most compacts, it’s comfortable to hold and sports a decent grip. The lens is also slightly longer than average 3x zooms and the 1cm macro facility is remarkable. It’s just a shame you’ll need to supply your own set of rechargeable AA batteries.Of course everything in that last paragraph equally applies to the earlier A620 and it’s fair to say like many 2006 compacts, the new A640 isn’t a massive step forward; like its predecessor, it also remains too big for anyone wanting a super-slim model to slip into a pocket. But if you’re after a powerful compact which delivers great quality pictures with excellent creative options, it’s hard to find a better model. The A640 is an ideal camera both for beginners wanting to take their creative photography forward and enthusiasts who want a flexible compact to compliment a DSLR. As such it comes Highly Recommended.”

    DCRP have recently reviewed the Canon PowerShot A630/640 and write;
    “Photo quality similar on both cameras — very good. The A630 and A640 took well-exposed photos with accurate colors, pleasing sharpness, and minimal purple fringing. Noise levels were low through ISO 200, and at ISO 400 something surprising happened: the 10 Megapixel A640 performed better than the 8 Megapixel A630. You should have no problem making midsize prints at that setting — and maybe larger. ISO 800 is best saved for situations where you have no other options. The one photo quality downside is a common one for the A-series cameras, and it’s redeye. “

    CamerasUK have recently reviewed the Canon PowerShot A630 and write;
    “Colours show up well in the outdoor portrait shot. Skin tones look natural and the photo has a warm feel to it in general. The picture was taken in overcast conditions and I used the cloudy white balance setting to increase the strength of the colours in the shot…The Canon Powershot A630 represents something of a dying breed of digital camera. With a wide range of features in a relatively compact body this type of digital camera is becoming increasingly hard to come by. The performance of the camera is good and the price is very reasonable. Recommended. “

    PCW.uk have recently reviewed the Canon PowerShot A640 where they rate the camera 4/5 and write;
    “n a word, the quality is excellent. As we expected, there’s some noise apparent above ISO 400 but in general images are extremely clean and crisp - definitely photographs as opposed to snaps…Overall, we were very impressed with the Powershot A640. It has a rich feature set that is useful rather than gimmicky, can accept add-on conversion lenses and accessories and is useable by both novices and enthusiasts alike. Best of all, the image quality is superb.”

    PCMag have recently reviewed the Canon PowerShot A630 where they rate the camera 4/5 and write;
    “In my resolution test, the A630 averaged 1,850 lines, which is very good for an 8MP camera. I found no pincushion distortion at the telephoto end of the zoom range and just the usual bit of barrel distortion at the wide-angle end. Put simply, the Canon PowerShot A630 is a balanced, well-featured compact digital camera. It may not be the cheapest on the market, but it’s well worth the investment. Because of its great versatility and dependability, it’s my newest EC for a compact digital camera.”

    ITReviewsUK have recently reviewed the Canon PowerShot A630 and write;
    “In our tests, pictures were well balanced for colour and the nine-point autofocus worked well in producing sharp shots, even in comparatively low lighting. The camera’s ability to simulate a fast, ISO 800 film also helps with evening and interior photos. The range of the macro facility, which extends down to 1cm, also makes the camera very versatile…The PowerShot A630 is a useful compact digital camera with a lot of features for the money. It’s good to see the high resolution and flexible LCD monitor being included in a camera in this price bracket, but some other shortcuts, such as the low capacity supplied memory card and awkward controls, detract from the overall spec.”

    ComputerActive have recently reviewed the Canon PowerShot A630 where the rate they camera 4/5 and write;
    “Picture quality is above average, with good, natural rendition of colours, both pastel and vivid. Our test shots were sharp and well detailed, with reasonable depth of field and the camera was good at differentiating shadow in mixed light conditions. Low light photos showed some noise, but no more than most cameras in this price bracket…Overall:The Canon PowerShot A630 is a high-resolution camera with a versatile screen at a good price”

    Steve’sDigicams has recently reviewed the Canon PowerShot A630 & A640 where he writes;
    “… I feel the Canon PowerShot A630 offers and outstanding value for such a capable 8-megapixel model. Therefore, we feel it will make an excellent choice for anyone in the market for an affordable model with excellent image quality, speedy performance, and a wealth of exposure modes, all packed in a stylish, yet rugged metal/plastic shell… I feel the Canon PowerShot A640 offers an outstanding value for such a capable 10-megapixel model. And with so much resolution, you can create poster prints without a problem.”

    CNET have recently reviewed the Canon PowerShot A630 & A640 where they rate both camera 7.6 and write;
    “Beyond the low-light issues, the A640’s photos were crisp and detailed. We noticed little fringing or distortion, and fine details showed up quite clearly, especially in the lower ISO settings. Colors tended to appear slightly muted and cool, but otherwise images were very attractive…Aside from the approximately $75 street price differential, the real distinguishing element between the two is the photo quality. In general, both produce colorful and crisp photos, with relatively little fringing or distortion. Fine details showed up clearly in our test shots, though colors tended to appear slightly muted and cool. The A630 displays a bit less noise, however. Artifacts start to appear at ISO 400 and become a fine but visible grain at ISO 800. Images are still usable at ISO 800 for 4×6 prints but aren’t as sharp as photos taken at lower sensitivity settings and display problems with color banding.”

    آهاا ... عجب ..!!

    من تا حالا فكر ميكردم اكَه عكس نويز داشته باشه بي كيفيته ....!!

    بس يعني هر جي نويز بيشتر باشه ودقت نداشته باشه ...كيفيت عكس ميره بالا !!

    جالبه ...
    من منظورم این نبود که نویز خوبه!!!
    منظورم اینه بنظر من اشکال اصلی این عکسها کمبود دقت عکاسش هست.

    مطمئنا کسی که اصلا زاویه عکاسی براش مهم نیست و اصلا کادربندی نمیکنه، موقع عکس گرفتن نگاه نمیکنه کادرش کجه، راسته چطوره. یا مثلا وقتی سوژه عکسش داره خمیازه میکشه یک عکس یادگاری بنظر خودش خیلی خوشگل ازش میگیره، یا میره 100 متر عقب تر وایمیسته برای اینکه 100 نفر آدم رو توی کادر جا بده بجای مرتب کردن جای افراد و یا در نور خیلی کم عکس میگیره و عکس تاریک میفته و بعد این عکسها رو به همه نشون میده و میگه ببینید چه عکسهای قشنگی گرفتم، مطمئن باشید دیگه نویز رو نمیبینه.

    هر وقت اینجور اشکالات عکس یک نفر حل شد اونوقت باید بره و فکر کنه حالا عکس باید نویز کمتر داشته باشه، شارپتر باشه، رنگهای بهتر داشته باشه و . . .
    وگرنه شما دست یک نفر بی تجربه که هیچی از عکاسی نمیدونه یک DSLR حرفه ای هم بدی، عکساش بهتر که نخواهد شد هیچ، بدتر هم میشه.

    ما در اینجا در مورد نمایشگاههای عکاسی صحبت نمیکنیم، بلکه در مورد افرادی صحبت میکنیم که فقط میخوان چیزی رو ثبت کرده باشند و کیفیت براشون اهمیت نداره که بخوان براش بیشتر هزینه کنند یا حتی برای خرید دوربین میرن پشت ویترین و قیافه دوربینها رو نگاه میکنند و از روی قیافه تصمیم میگیرند که چه دوربینی انتخاب کنند انگار میخوان لباس بخرن.
    ما میخواهیم به این افراد کمک کنیم که در یک سطح خاص و با یک بودجه خاص بهترین انتخاب رو انجام بدن و نرن همون 200 تومن رو صرف خرید دوربینی کنند که کیفیت عکس حتی پایینتر از اینی که شما میگید داشته باشد.

    آقا دستت طلا. این اونوقت میتونه فیلمبرداری کاملی داشته باشه یا از اوناییه که فقط میشه باهاشچند دقیقه فیلم گرفت. آخه شنیدم بعضی دوربینای کانون این مشکل رو دارن که فقط میشه باهاشون تا یه زمان خاص فیلم گرفت مثلا حدود 1 دقیقه.
