سوكت نويسي در لينوكس

من یه برنامه کلاینت سرور با API لینوکس نوشتم ولی موقع اجرا سمت کلاینت
Error:Network is unreachable میده
مشکلش چیه؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
