Dear Amin,
Thank you for writing Siemens Customer Care.
We have generated the master code for you to unlock your handset: *#0003*÷÷÷÷÷÷÷÷#.
To unlock your handset, please do the following:
1. Remove your Sim card and switch on your handset.
2. Once you switch on your handset, the display would show "insert sim
card. Enter the master code.
3. A "Please wait" message will after you press on the last "#" symbol
of the mastercode provided.
4. If you have successfully unlocked your handset, the display will read,
"phone code deleted!" However, if you encounter "Incorrect! Please wait" or "Invalid Entry!, please switch the phone off and try again.
Note: Incorrect entry of the mastercode will prolong the time it takes to
unlock the phone because the turnaround time is increased exponentially.
Your best bet is to switch off the phone and try to key in that mastercode next day.
I suggest that you maintain a copy of both the Master Code on a piece of paper for your own reference in the future. Please note that as long as the IMEI of your phone does not change, this master code applies.
