توي هاستم هيچي نيست ولي کلي فضا ازش اشغال شده

MySQL Disk Space 0 Megabytes
Disk space available 4.22 Megabytes
درسته که 4.22 مگ فضا داره ولي وقتي بخوام يه فايل کوچيک هم آپلود کنم ميگه:

1- مشکل چيه؟
2- چطور مي تونم اين فايل هاي temp يا tmp رو پاک کنم؟
توضيح: اين با تاپيک مشابهي که قبلا باز کرده بودم فرق داره.
انگار بيماري واگيرداره! دو تا سايت داشتم هر دوتاش اينجوري شده. (يکيش درست شد)
