PlexPay Stock Market (PSM)
PlexPay Network launched PSM on January 1, 2005. Now Gold & Platinum members can participate in, and trade the company's B-shares on the internal member-only trading site. There are a total of 14 million B-shares. 8 million of these will NEVER be traded as they simply are there so PlexPay Network has control over the company. There are 6 million B-shares in the market available to members. Dividends are paid quarterly to the shareholders, based on the total results... There is no limit on how high the share price can be. There will be no issues of new shares (emissions) on the B-shares. [August 1st, About 700K shares remained.]
All funds earned in the PSM are available in your account, and you can transfer funds to your debit card, 24 hours a day. But the most important thing about PSM is that every member can choose to participate or not. If you want to participate, you can buy shares with earned funds or by transferring funds through SWIFT or e-gold.
Platinum members get 70% of the total stock brokerage fee of 10%.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE in PSM?

PlexPay Stock Market (PSM)
PlexPay Network launched PSM on January 1, 2005. Now Gold & Platinum members can participate in, and trade the company's B-shares on the internal member-only trading site. There are a total of 14 million B-shares. 8 million of these will NEVER be traded as they simply are there so PlexPay Network has control over the company. There are 6 million B-shares in the market available to members. Dividends are paid quarterly to the shareholders, based on the total results... There is no limit on how high the share price can be. There will be no issues of new shares (emissions) on the B-shares. [August 1st, About 700K shares remained.]
All funds earned in the PSM are available in your account, and you can transfer funds to your debit card, 24 hours a day. But the most important thing about PSM is that every member can choose to participate or not. If you want to participate, you can buy shares with earned funds or by transferring funds through SWIFT or e-gold.
Platinum members get 70% of the total stock brokerage fee of 10%.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE in PSM?
Every Gold & Platinum member has the opportunity to participate in the PlexPay Network Shares. Gold Members can buy shares with available funds, or upgrade their position to Platinum for $1000, and receive shares for a value of the full $1000. This can be done with SWIFT transfer, e-gold, other payment methods in place at the time, or by using existing available funds.
The price for a Platinum membership is $1800. Platinum members receive shares for a value of $1000 with their membership. This position is something that will force the price of the shares in the future, as the Platinum members also get 70% of the 10% brokerage fee on sales of shares. (10% is paid to Ruby members and 20% is paid to Diamond members... watch for future articles.)
WHY DO PEOPLE BUY SHARES?
All Platinum members receive shares for $1000 with their membership. Gold & Platinum members can buy as many shares as they would like to. You can sell a maximum of 5000 shares each day or 50,000 shares every month. All bought shares are quarantined for 10 days. Each quarter, the shareholders will receive dividends based on the total revenue earned from sales and usage of products, cards and accounts from the Bank.
STOCK BROKERAGE FEE
On every sale of shares, there is a brokerage fee of 10%. This is paid to Platinum members, and those members who have reached an earned position (Ruby or Diamond Club) in the PlexPay Network:
