<p align="left">1-Create a new 800x600 pixels document and fill the background with a blue. The blue used in this step is #006CD9.
2-Use the default foreground and background colours (D), create a new layer (Ctrl+Shift+N) and apply a "Clouds" filter (Filter> Render> Clouds).
3-Use the "Brightness/Contrast" tool to apply the following properties:
Brightness: -25
Contrast: 50
Click OK.
4-Use the "Perspective" transform tool (Edit> Transform> Perspective) to increase the distance of the top corners.
5-Add a layer mask (Layer> New Layer Mask> Reveal All) to the current layer
6-With the layer mask selected, use the "Apply Image" tool to apply the following properties:
Source: filename
Layer: Merged
Channel: RGB
Invert: Uncheckmarked
Blending: Normal
Opacity: 100%
Click OK.
7-Create a new layer and apply the "Clouds" filter (Filter> Render> Clouds).
8-Use the "Perspective" transform tool (Edit> Transform> Perspective) to increase the distance of the top corners.
9-Add a layer mask (Layer> New Layer Mask> Reveal All) to the current layer. Set the layer's blending mode to "Overlay".
10-With the current layer's layer mask selected, use the "Apply Image" tool to apply the following properties:
Source: filename
Layer: Layer 1
Channel: RGB
Invert: Checkmarked
Blending: Normal
Opacity: 100%
Click OK.
11-Create a new layer and apply the "Clouds" filter (Filter> Render> Clouds).
12-Use the "Perspective" transform tool (Edit> Transform> Perspective) to increase the distance of the top corners.
13-Use the "Brightness/Contrast" tool to apply the following properties:
Brightness: -50
Contrast: 50
Click OK.
14-Set the current layer's blending mode to "Screen".
15-Create a new "Gradient" fill layer (Layer> New Fill Layer> Gradient) above the layer "Background" and apply the following properties:
Gradient: White to Black
Style: Linear
Angle: 90º
Scale: 100%
Reverse: Checkmarked
Dither: Uncheckmarked
Align with layer: Checkmarked
Click OK.
16-Set the current layer's blending mode to "Screen" and lower the opacity.
