The domain name is registered through NameCheap.com, if you have been scammed by Rainsurf then send an email message to "[email protected]". Doing so will help to get them shut down.
All information they have listed in WHOIS is false information. Their NetIBA certification indicates they are in Honk Kong while their WHOIS info indicates USA. They have refused to offer any proof of their true identity to their customers when asked , their NetIBA certification should not be relied on. They have plagiarized portions of 12DailyPro. web site.
Also, keep in mind that if you see positive comments in surf monitor sites about Rainsurf that scammers always open numerous free email accounts so that they can leave positive postings on such sites.
If a web site refuses to verifiably identify themselves to their customers, and they falsify information to attract customers they are scammers.
