کمک در نصب کردن hyiplister

سلام

از دوستان کسی hyiplister گولدکودر رو نصب کرده لطفا کمک کنید من نمیتونم نصب کنم

توی توضیحات سایتش هم نوشته

1. Download the archive.
2. Upload the files from the archive
to your server.
Upload all the files in BINARY mode only.
3. Create a tmpl_c folder and set
777 permissions for it.
4. Run the install.php script and
follow the instructions.
