• Xapo Vault Storage Fee. If you wish to take advantage of our Vault storage service, you can store your bitcoins in the Vault for a fee of 0.12% of the number of bitcoins you store in your Vault per year. If you no longer wish to pay the Vault storage fee, you must remove all bitcoins from the Vault storage prior to the end of your annual storage period. Please note that NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED in the event that you remove some or all of your bitcoins from the Vault prior to the end of your annual storage period.
• Xapo Wallet Deposit Fee. If you deposit bitcoins in your Wallet by wiring funds that are converted into bitcoin, these deposits will be converted using market rates applicable at the time of the conversion (including any third-party fees we are required to pay, which will not exceed 0.3%). Xapo charges a fee of 1% for this conversion.

باید اون سمت چپ بالا بر روی والوت کلیک کنید و یک والوت یا خرک ایجاد کنی با دادن پسورد برای برداشت باید حتما 0.01 یا انتقال پول به خرک.
حتما باید 0.01 داشته باشی تو حسابت اگرم نداشته باشی یا باس به دست بیاری یا باس از یک حساب بیت کویندیگت انتقال بدی این مقدار رو به کیف پولت بعد برداشت کنی که ریسکه ممکنه هم بهت پرداخت نکنه که هر دو تا از کفت رفته با تشکر از شما جهت معرفی

Thank you for reaching out and I apologize for any frustration! I'm afraid that the amount you are trying to send is too small to cover the miners fee. You see, there is usually a minimal fee ranging from .0001BTC to .001BTC that is sent to miners to incentivize them to confirm your transaction in the blockchain. I would like to clarify that this occurs anytime you transfer bitcoins - regardless of what service you use. You can find more details about this here:

In order to elaborate on this, the maximum that miners can take out is 0.001 in transaction fees. So what we do, is we leave room for the miners to take less than that amount (but no more) and then we add whatever fees they did not take, back into your Wallet. Unless the miner's fee is 0.001 BTC then you receive whatever is left over from the transaction! I hope this makes sense and please just try the transaction again by leaving room for a 0.001 BTC transaction fee!
