the Trend ChipAway is not a virus but a virus protection
First run a good virus scan just to make sure you do not have any virus problems on your system. Fix if found.
Then Power off your system a minute or so and then Power it back ON, and hold the DEL key down as the initial BIOS test run. This should take you into the BIOS CMOS Setup. On the first screen, using the keyboard cursor keys and Enter, select the "Advanced BIOS Features". The first line or so should read "Anti-Virus Protection". If it is marked Enabled, you will get this message that tells you the function is enabled. You can disable it, select exit and save the changes. Reboot and then later go back and set it to Enable.
The message you are getting is just a warning that this hardware/BIOS feature is protecting the boot sector from being changed. You may have added something that need to do an update of the boot record and are getting the F1 to continue message.
