Please try to put your phone in safe mode. Safe Mode blocks all the 3rd party Application that you installed in the phone to make sure that the problem is not caused by one of the applications you have on the phone. >To put the phone in Safe Mode Kindly follow the below steps:
- Go to (Settings > Power > make sure that Fast boot is unchecked) then switch the device power off.
- With the phone turned off, Press “power key “for power on device.
- Wait until "HTC logo" appears on screen.
- Press and hold “Volume down “until entering OS.
- " Safe Mode” text will appear on the lower left of screen.
- Then try and check the device.
>> If the issue is solved, then kindly remove the 3rd party applications you have on your phone as this issue may be caused by one or more of them.
NOTE: To Exit Safe mode please restart the phone and the Applications will appear back on the phone.
However if none of the above steps worked, we recommend if you back up all the data you have on the phone using HTC Sync manager or HTC Backup account then perform a factory data reset by following the below steps:
From the Main Menu >> Settings >> Backup and reset >> Reset phone.
NOTE: Resetting your handset to factory or manufacturer's default setting will delete all the data stored on your phone memory; Remember to back up your phone information and settings first.
