Ive got a job offer , the salary is legitimate and they provide accommodation
but the thing is that it takes an hour by car to get to the nearest city !!

Really? How's the weather like? How many days are you off in a month?
Putting aside the financial matters, I think it might worth it in case it leads to better job opportunities in future, otherwise you would waste some precious years of your youth just for earning more money for a short period.
