yea, it's the best, i make it once every weekend, but i usually only make half a portion.
it's called "kladdkaka" which means "sticky cake", the center of the cookie should be a bit sticky and nicely chocolaty. But it is also good when it is hard, it depends on the mood of my stomac :happy:l
the perfect cake for people who can't cook, very easy to do: mix egg+sugar, add cacao+vanillin sugar, add flour+melted butter(i use fluent cooking butter, works perfectly

here we eat it just alone or with cream or with vanilla icecream
