at first i have to say that " are you agree with me?" is totally incorrect , you should have written : " do you agree with me?"
I myself think it depends on the mistake , yes correction can help a lot , but it must be in a way that the person who made the mistake understands completely what was the thing
i have to say i agree with correction , but , if , there is anyone who is not comfortable with this idea , we shall not do it for them

I`m so pleased that both of you are agree with my suggestion however it is not new.
I think Critical is a useful way to progress and make us don't commit same error twice !:happy:
