[h=3]Real Madrid racks up 45 undefeated home games in a row[/h]
[h=5]The Whites are the only squad in the five major leagues that has gone the longest without losing at home in all competitions[/h] Real Madrid defeated Betis in the first fixture of La Liga 2013/14 and continues their formidable undefeated run at home with a total of 45 matches without tasting defeat. The streak began on 22 January 2012 when the Whites beat Athletic 4-1 at home; fans at the Bernabeu have seen 38 wins and seven draws since then. Real Madrid is also the only squad in the five major European leagues that managed to finish undefeated at home last season in every competition the team disputed.
The squads that have visited the Bernabeu the most for Real’s last 45 home games are Valencia and Barcelona, with three visits to Whites’ home pitch each. A total of 30 rivals have played in the Bernabeu between La Liga, Champions League, Copa del Rey and Spanish Super Cup. The scoring record over this undefeated streak is just as spectacular with 143 goals in favour for an average of 3.17 goals per match.
