This is just an abstract what if thing but what if for example you happened to be "visiting" somewhere in the UK wouldnt you change your address to a UK address? Would then you be able to get your gift card? You probably would because as far as I know the countries listed above (other than Usa) also offer swagbucks as well but not in other countries yet. And if your on a Usa swagbucks site then you would be more limited or nothing because your ip address will show up as a foreign ip address but maybe it wouldnt if you were on a UK swagbucks site for example. I have no idea. If your on USA site of swagbucks it may be that they detected your overseas. I know they have swagbucks.uk , swagbucks.austrailia, swagbucks.Canada and even though these countries are offered if someone in those countries were to be on the Swagbucks Usa site then they couldnt cash out because theyd have to be on a European swagbucks site of it. Im thinking maybe you are getting that because of your ip address being too far away. Im not sure. I havent had to be asked for a postal verification.

Oh well .... are you sure your not getting the where they ask 1st time to verify yourself and also give you the option to send you the code to your phone? When you cash out the 1st time they will give you the option to have it texted to your phone or address then wont ask you after that. Try send verification thru phone option then verify it on there.

1st time a person cashes out (I forgot) they do ask that of anybody

If it says pending verification under your gift cards then thats whats going on. Try to have an automatic text verification sent to your phone instead of your address and then type in that code
