Milan coach Leonardo has bemoaned the club's lack of transfer activity, reminding vice president Adriano Galliani that he needs reinforcements.
The Brazilian coach saw his side lose again during their World Challenge tour. The Rossoneri crumbled 2-0 against Inter, Diego Milito scoring twice, leaving Leonardo with plenty to think about.
"
We need a couple of players, we will see what happens," Leonardo told the media after the game.
With the team playing a fixture every two days, tiredness seems to have been a key factor in Milan's poor run.
"I don't like making up excuses. Nobody likes losing, especially against Inter. I have to say the organisation of this tournament wasn't the greatest," added the coach.
"We played three games in five days, but Inter prepared with plenty of time. We are tired and the game didn't go how we wanted.
"We must not criticise the team. Now we have to focus ahead and prepare for the new season."
